Using layout design, typography, and vivid photography, we narrate the same story portrayed in the video. Through carefully crafted visuals and cinematic writing, we showcase the property's activities, offering readers a sensation of being amidst the sea breeze.

For the first time in 9 years, Boulevard Tuscany undergoes a significant renovation. Our film promotes the renovated common spaces, new activities, services, and experiences provided by the development.

With the concept "Unlimited, limited to you," the film provides a glimpse into daily life at Boulevard Tuscany. It follows two couples enjoying house interiors, common facilities, and seaside activities from sunrise to sunset, exclusive to residents.

We crafted the concept, scripted, and managed the entire production process in-house.
